
Health is having a balanced lifestyle and allowing you to enjoy every moment of life. I am probably the strongest are probably with stress and sleep. I never really stress over anything whether it is something small to a huge exam or project. I tend to be optimistic about everything and not worry as much. In terms of sleeping, I try to get from 7-8 hours every night to ensure that I won't be falling asleep in class the next day. I am probably the weakest in the nutrition and exercise ones. Over the summer, it was easier to exercise daily but with school and college applications, I have been slacking on my exercise. Taking dance fitness at school definitely, helps me fit in a workout two to three times a week but is significantly less than usual. With my diet, I struggle with consuming too much sugar every day although I try to cut out as much as possible. I would like to learn more about the social aspect of health. There has been significant research done on every aspect under the five pillars except the social one. I would like to learn how it affects us on a daily basis and how it ties with the other five pillars.
